We offer a 7-day exchange policy from the date your order is delivered.
Please Note: Only one exchange is permitted per order.
Eligibility for Exchange
To be eligible for an exchange, the item must:
Be unworn, unused, and unwashed.
Be in its original condition.
Have all original tags attached.
Be returned in its original packaging.
Be accompanied by the order confirmation or proof of purchase.
Additionally, customers are required to provide:
A complete unboxing video of the parcel.
A 360° video clearly showing the product from the front and back.
These videos are mandatory for verification and quality assessment.
Size Exchange
If you need a different size, you may request a size exchange within 7 days of receiving your order.

The product must pass our quality inspection.
No courier charges will be applicable for approved exchanges.
Only one size exchange is allowed per order.
Size exchanges are subject to product availability.
Damaged, Defective or Incorrect Products
Exchanges will only be accepted if:

The issue is reported within 48 hours of delivery.

Refund Policy
Order Cancellation
Orders cannot be cancelled once they have been processed or shipped.
Store Credit Refunds
Refunds will only be issued in the form of Store Credit under the following circumstances:
The order cannot be delivered within 30 days due to Rivaaj Ethnic's inability to ship.
The shipping location is not serviceable by our courier partners.
Store Credit can be used for future purchases on our website.
Damaged Products
Damaged or defective products are not eligible for refunds. They are eligible only for exchange in accordance with our Exchange Policy.
Refund Exclusions
Refunds or Store Credit will not be issued under the following circumstances:
Incorrect or incomplete shipping address provided by the customer.
Recipient unavailable at the delivery location.
Refusal to accept the shipment.
Customer dissatisfaction after successful delivery.
