Be returned in its original packaging.
Be accompanied by the order confirmation or proof of purchase.

Size Exchange

Refund Policy
Order Cancellation
Orders cannot be cancelled once they have been processed or shipped.
Store Credit Refunds
Refunds will only be issued in the form of Store Credit under the following circumstances:
The order cannot be delivered within 30 days due to Rivaaj Ethnic's inability to ship.
The shipping location is not serviceable by our courier partners.
Store Credit can be used for future purchases on our website.
Damaged Products
Damaged or defective products are not eligible for refunds. They are eligible only for exchange in accordance with our Exchange Policy.
